Far Cry 3 Join Citra Ending
Far Cry 3 Join Citra Ending occurs if you decide to kill Liza’s and your friends as a result to Citra’s effort to make you a warrior without burdens. It takes place at the end of the final story quest Hard Choices. 
After killing Liza you are shown a sex scene with Citra. You are participating in a fertility ritual in order to bring new Rakyat warrior into the world. This is the only ritual you are going to participate in however, since Citra will stab you with the ancient knife when you are done.
After you pass away you will find your self at a beach. You can still continue playing the game if you take this option.
