However, since then, the developers have been working hard on fixing it and addressing the complaints, and it’s a much better game. It has gone through the different character DLCs and the multiplayer DLC, constantly growing and evolving. Now, it’s time for the next big step. The game is finally coming to the PC, after so may people kept asking for it since launch. The PC port will come out on March 6th, 2018.

On the same date, Final Fantasy XV is getting a brand new edition, called Royal Edition. It’s basically a GOTY edition, and it’s coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as the PC version. The Royal Edition got an announcement trailer, which you can check out below. The bundle will contain a ton of bonus material, for the price of $50. If you already own the game already, you can get all the content from the new edition for $19.99.

So, what extra stuff do you get in the Royal Edition? For one, all the season pass DLCs are included in the bundle, as well as other, minor DLCs, including weapons, Regalia skins, and more. There’s also a new dungeon, called Insomnia City Ruins: Expanded Map. Then, we have several new bosses, first-person mode, and new gear. Once you unlock all 13 Royal Weapons, you’ll be able to activate the Armiger Unleashed mode. Last, but definitely not least, there’s the Royal Vessel, the boat that takes you between Cape Caem and Altissia. You’ll now be able to freely sail it around and explore the sea as you please.
