Klombo Fortnite, Where to Find Buttercake Dinosaurs
One of the biggest ever additions to Fortnite has just been released with its v19.10 update. We are referring to, of course, the Klombo. This intriguing-looking Fortnite Dinosaur creature was first spotted in the Chapter 3 trailer. When this Chapter debuted, fans were disappointed when it wasn’t there. Fortunately, this “Buttercake Dinosaur” has now finally made its way into the game itself, and it is a sight to behold. Where to Find Klombos in Fortnite
While we still haven’t yet combed the entire map to see all the locations, there are a couple of spots we can confirm the Klombo is spawning at. The one that it seems to always appear in is a short distance to the northwest from Tilted Towers. You are looking for a cabin close to the river there. When you arrive, you will see the Klombo happily roaming around the area. Another location where we have managed to see one is in the desert area west of Chonker’s Speedway.
The Klombos are usually very docile. They will move around their designated area, sucking up items and other loot. When they consume enough of it, they will then spit out other items. However, they can be very quick to anger, so you should take care not to accidentally (or deliberately) shoot at them. If you do that, their eyes will glow red, and they will attack you, trying to trample you. They also have a ranged attack, so look out for that as well. Once provoked, the only way to calm them down is by giving them Klomberries, their favorite food.
Can You Ride Klombos in Fortnite?
Though their size and design seem to suggest that you can ride these beasts, this isn’t actually the case. But that doesn’t mean that there is no point in climbing them. You can either jump on their tail and then climb up, construct a building to get on top of them or find some other way to get to their heads. Once you do that, you will discover that they have a blowhole on their head, and when you stand on it, the Klombo will expel the air and propel you high up. This can be a very useful maneuver if you want to quickly escape dangerous situations.
