Here’s what you need to do. During the Secret Summer Paradise event, you will need to explore the new Veluriyam Mirage limited-time area. There, you will need to collect Joyeux Vouchers. You will be able to receive x1 Joyeux Voucher from a chest. And what’s even better, various objects on the map can give your x4 Joyeux Voucher!

In total, you will need to collect 150 Joyeux Vouchers, and this will allow you to claim the Sailwind Shadow Kaeya Outfit in Genshin Impact 3.8.
