Realm Dispatch Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact Realm Dispatch is a special new item added in the 1.6 summer update. According to what the item description says, it allows you to invite companions to reside with you in your Serenitea Pot realm. However, it doesn’t really explain how to use the Realm Dispatch. Well, that’s what we’ll be showing you in this guide, as well as how to get the Realm Dispatch.

How to Use Realm Dispatch in Genshin Impact

To use the Genshin Impact Realm Dispatch item, you don’t have to do anything with it directly. All it does is sit in your inventory and tell you that it lets you invite companions to reside in your Serenitea Pot. That is pretty obtuse, but the system is actually simple. Once you have the Realm Dispatch, open the Placement menu in your teapot (the hand icon at the top of the screen). Once in the Placement menu, select “Companion” at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can select which companion you want to place and where. It can be indoors or outdoors; all up to you. And yes, you can talk to them while in the teapot, too. Just a fun little detail.

As for how you get the Realm Dispatch, that’s the simplest thing in the world. As soon as you start Update 1.6, you’ll get the quest called Idle Teapot Talk. So, head straight to your Serenitea Pot realm and talk to Tubby. After a little bit of back-and-forth, he’ll give you the Genshin Impact Realm Dispatch. He even gives you some backstory and lore on how you’re able to transport your companions into the teapot, if you’re into that sort of lore stuff.

So, that’s basically all you need to know about the Realm Dispatch item. If you need further assistance with the Genshin Impact summer update, we’ve got you covered with our other guides. For example, we’ve written Wait until Next Day – Where is the Square, Genshin Impact 1.6 Hidden Achievements, and Waverider – How to Stop Sailing & Leave the Boat, to name just a few.
