Holy shit. Okay, either this guide is terrible, or the scenery is different on PS4.
The first underwater picture on this guide is in fact accurate, in that the arrow is literally pointing at the peyote just out of shot.
However, IGNORE this second picture. I swam all around the area and found absolutely nothing that resembled the scenery in this–I was mostly looking for two the blue corals close together without any other vegetation but there just isn’t any anywhere.
Eventually I swam back to the sunken boat (or should I say “ship”, ffs) and moved along the seabed in a direct line towards the arrow from the first picture. The peyote is actually situated in a completely clear area of the seabed, not close to any scenery at all.
Hope this helps somebody out there who may be still going for that true 100% like me.
