How to Get Stun Gun, EMP Launcher & Heavy RIfle GTA 5 Online The Contract DLC

To be able to get these weapons, the first thing you will need to do is to open up your trusty iFruit phone and go to the in-game internet. Once online, look for the Dynasty8 Executive icon. What you now need to do is to purchase one of the Agency properties. By doing this, you will start The Contract DLC. These properties cost between $2.1 and $2.8 million. You will also need to purchase the Armory. It’s under optional extras and costs $720,000. After that, head to this location.

Once the cutscene ends, you will be able to purchase the weapons inside the armory. Speak with the Requisitions Officer there, and this will open up the Buying Menu. This is where you can buy all the weapons in the game. Now, on to the new weapons. The Stun Gun is, of course, under Pistols, and costs $326,250. Under the Rifle section, you can find the new Heavy Rifle. It costs $391,500. Finally, there’s the Compact EMP Launcher. It’s in the Heavy Weapons, and you can buy it for a whopping $456,750. Out of all of these, only the Heavy Rifle really seems like an “everyday” weapon, while the Stun Gun Compact EMP Launcher will probably have their uses, but seem a lot more situational.
