Basically, go to the north part of the river that flows from the snowy region south into the more barren region of mountains. The north part of the river flows west to east, and that’s where you need to look. What you’re searching for is a bike wheel that’s kind of sticking out of a rock in the middle of the river. It’s actually fairly easy to spot; you just need to know where it is.
