Can You Buy FC Points on EA FC 24 Web App?

At time of writing, there’s no way you can buy FC Points using the EA FC 24 Web App. Or, as community manager rephii put it on the official forum: “the option to purchase FIFA Points in the WebApp is deactivated for now. We will enable that at a later point.” The same is true for the Companion App, by the way. Though, to be fair, there was never the option to purchase FC Points using the Companion App. And to avoid any potential future confusion: FC points are the new name for FIFA Points. An expected change, given that EA no longer has access to the FIFA brand. Oh, while we’re on the subject, you also won’t be able to use the apps to buy Packs. At least, not initially.

So, yeah, you won’t be able to buy FC Points using the EA FC 24 Web App at the beginning. Of course, this is most definitely going to change after launch, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated. One does have to wonder as to how different the heir to the throne of the FIFA series is going to be from its predecessor. I doubt EA will mix things up too much, given that brand changes are never easy. There’s plenty of rocking the boat happening already, so I assume the developers will try to keep everything else as familiar as possible. We’ll just have to wait and see. One thing I’m certain of is that they’ll definitely give you every opportunity to spend money.
