How to Fix Apex Legends Servers Season 9 EA Unable to Connect

To fix the issue where EA is unable to connect with Apex Legends servers in Season 9, there are a few things that you can try. Granted, none of them are guaranteed to work, but it’s worth a shot. The first one is to restart the application. Just close the game and then start it back up. The second thing you can try is to restart your console, if you’re playing on one, or to restart the client you’re using to play on PC. Again, these are not surefire ways to fix the Unable to Connect error in Season 9 of Apex, but you might as well try it.

One more thing you can try to potentially get rid of the issue, if you’re on PC, is to clear the cache. First, go into the Task Manager and end all Apex Legends processes. Press the Windows and R key at the same time to open the Run dialog. Type %ProgramData%/Apex Legends in the box and click OK. In the new window, delete all the files except for LocalContent and Disclaimer. Open Run dialog again and type %AppData%. Once in the Roaming folder, delete the Apex Legends folder. Lastly, select AppData in the address bar, open the folder marked Local, and delete the Apex Legends folder. Boot the game up again and see if it worked.

That should fix the EA Unable to Connect Apex Legends Season 9 error. If it doesn’t, then you just have to wait for the developers to do their job. Also, do not attempt the solution from the second paragraph unless you really know what you’re doing. If not, leave it alone and wait for an official fix. Don’t make a mess of your PC.
