Yes, Harry Potter Magic Awakened is indeed going to be available to play on the PC. This collectible card role-playing game is going to launch worldwide this Tuesday, June 27th, 2023. You can download the PC version of the game from this website. As you can see, it comes with its own installer. Confusingly, there is also this website for the game, but the PC (and iOS) versions of HP:MA are not available from there.
