MK11 Eternal Klash Skin Pack - How to Get in Aftermath DLC
Eternal Klash skin pack was one of the preorder rewards for MK11 Aftermath, the recently released story DLC. It contains three new skins – one for Scorpion, one for Sub Zero and one for Frost. Now that the DLC is live, a number of players are having trouble obtaining their skins, and are wondering what exactly is amiss. This guide will show you where to find the MK11 Eternal Klash skin pack, so you can start enjoying the skins.
Where to find Eternal Klash skin pack?
The skins should’ve been automatically available for use as soon as Aftermath was released. If you can’t access them, you probably need to download the skin pack from the store manually. It’s easy – just find it in the store and download it. Some players have reported being unable to find Eternal Klash in the add-ons section of Mortal Kombat 11 on their storefront. If you experience this, restart the console then try again.
These things usually tend to happen only at launch – it’s a delayed response from the store most probably. A little patience or a timely restart is most often enough for them to magically disappear.
This isn’t the only thing in Mortal Kombat 11 that isn’t working properly due to Aftermath’s release. The friendship finishers have been added in the DLC, and lots of folks are having trouble finding them in the move list. They’re teething issues, obviously, and will only affect early adopters. There might be a lesson in there somewhere, but I’m not sure. We’re going to keep our ear to the ground, and will report if we find any more widespread issues. I have purchased everything in the game no matter what I do I can’t get the skin pack to download it shows up not available for purchase I ask why and it says I don’t have the forge a new Destiny dynamic theme downloaded and I have no idea how toget the theme it doesn’t show up in the store
When MK: aftermath was release on the exact same day I downloaded it and it said once you download it it will automatically appear and not yet is has appeared or said it was available to download, yet it still says ‘not available’. I’ve went to the PlayStation store and try to unlock it there and still no luck. My MK is updated to where it should be at the moment and it’s been 4 months since aftermath came out, still not understanding this format when it says “You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s): -MK11: Aftermath- Forge a New History Dynamic Theme”. How do I do that??
The same thing happened to me I can’t get the Eternal Skins pack or other Skins i purchased i can’t find them anywhere and we paid for them to Digitally and this makes me mad and i don’t know what to do I’m going to try buying the MK 11 Aftermath Physical copy and see if that changes anything but at this point idk. I didn’t however get the Characters i was suppose to get like Terminator ect but none of the skins?
I have bought the kollection edition ps4 physical copy on the 25th but it arrive a little later. June 11th the game was delivered and I download everything and included the redeemed code for the 3 skins but all it get me was tthanks a million Johnny Cage skins and not the eternal skins. I don’t understands what I’m missing.

I have done everything I can to get this game pack of pre-ordered this Makes me mad it is now May 29 and I cannot get the skin pack no matter what I do I have reset my system which is a PS4 by the way I have tried to re-download it That when I go to the PlayStation store it already says purchased And it shows up in my downloads What else am I supposed to do I can’t contact PlayStation because I can’t get a hold of them on the phone and They are not answering any of my emails and I can’t get a hold of them on Twitter I’m at my wits end with this!!!
