How to Get Shinnok’s Amulet for MK11 Krypt Kytinn Hive Puzzle – Demon’s Heart, Eye of the Dragon, Gem of Trapped Souls
To get Shinnok’s Amulet in the Mortal Kombat 11 Krypt, in order to solve the Kytinn Hive puzzle, you’ll have to craft it in the Forge. There are three ingredients you have to collect: Ensorcelled Demon’s Heart, Ensorcelled Gem of Trapped Souls, and the Ensorcelled Eye of a Dragon. All of these are going to require some grinding, and one is far worse than the others.
First off, the Ensorcelled Demon’s Heart. You get this by using Scorpion’s Spear to pull down the corpses strewn around the Krypt. One of them is going to drop the item you’re looking for. We got it from the corpse near the gate opened by the Mortal Kombat logo lever puzzle.
Next up, the Ensorcelled Eye of a Dragon. To obtain this ingredient, you’ll have to kill the spiders that spawn in the Kytinn Hive. I assume that, since you’ve made it to the puzzle, you’ve already killed some spiders, and might even have the Eye. If not, then just keep grinding. We got lucky and got it from the very first spider we killed.
Lastly, the Ensorcelled Gem of Trapped Souls. Go into the Dead Woods area. They’re to the right of where you get Shao Kahn’s hammer, behind a wall you can crush. Go into the lower left corner on the map of the area (you might have to go the long way around). In that corner, you’ll find one of those things that require a certain amount of Soul Fragments to unlock. The Gem of Trapped Souls is inside it. The “chest” requires 10,000 Soul Fragments to unlock. Now, all that’s left to solve the Kytinn Hive Wheel Lever Puzzle is to find Kronika’s Amulet and Cetrion’s Amulet.
Three common things that I find are happening here:
1. Check your Forge items (Tab over one). They do not appear on the first list as they are ingredients.
2. Reset the Krypt with one of the various Kronika reset buttons or the consumable. Spear the bodies again.
3. Adjust the Brightness before you go into the Krypt. Some of the hanging bodies (Especially Deadwoods) are had to see sometimes.
I’m showing my son the Krypt as he just finished both stories. Pretty happy they patched the 10,000 souls to 1,000. Massive grind avoided there!

Down somewhere in goros dining rooms there is a room with spiders, I think you need to use kenshis blindfold to break the wall, it’s past the torture chamber I think, then right.since the left side leads you to the fortress.
There are no spiders spawning net to the puzzle any ideas of what I can do
I have pulled down all hanging bodies (fairly certain I haven’t missed any) and have not gotten the demons heart… they aren’t respawning either… any suggestions?
You need another 1000 souls to forge the item
That last item is 1,000 soul fragments, not 10,000.
