How to Get Free Pickaxes in Monopoly GO

Before we explain how you can get free Pickaxes in Monopoly GO, the one thing you have to realize is that none of them are really “free.” Pretty much all of them require you to play the game, and pretty extensively. The one truly free option is opening the gift from the in-game shop that you can open every eight hours. Those can have a few Pickaxes.

So, that’s not very efficient. What will get you more Pickaxes more reliably is scoring Quick Wins and participating in ongoing Tournaments and events. For example, Gingerbread Galore. If you hit every milestone in that event (which is definitely easier said and done), you can earn a grand total of 185 Pickaxes. That’s definitely nothing to sneeze at.

Monopoly GO Free Pickaxe Links – Are There Any?

No, there are absolutely no free Pickaxe links in Monopoly GO for the Moonlight Treasures event. And this has been true for previous Pickaxe events as well, so I truly doubt things will be different this time around. Of course, if the developers do end up posting any links, we’ll be sure to update the guide accordingly. However, I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you. It pays off to give you free Dice links to keep you playing. It does not behoove the company to let you have free Pickaxes, because that’s tantamount to just handing you the prizes. I’m sorry to be the eternal bubble-burster, but that’s just how things work in games like this.
