How to Fix Star Wars Jedi Survivor Blaster Stance Issue

If you liked the ability to switch between Single and Double-bladed lightsabers in Fallen Order, you will absolutely enjoy the ability to choose between three new options in Jedi Survivor. The game has added dual-wielding, which separates Cal’s lightsaber into two, the Crossguard stance (or the Kylo Ren stance) and the Blaster stance. The last one is awesome, as it allows you to use the Blaster alongside your Lightsaber. However, for many console players, this stance simply doesn’t work.

“Has anyone else who has gotten to the point in the story where they have the blaster stance had bugs that make it so you just straight up cannot shoot,” shares Reddit user Coonnr his issue. “I got soft-locked and had to restart my game twice just to get past the tutorial of shooting.” And many other players share similar issues on both console and PC. So, why is this happening and is there a way to fix this?

Unfortunately, this is a bug which developers need to fix. However, the good news is that the “Jedi Survivor Blaster Stance Not Working” bug is easily avoidable. Namely, this happens when you try to rebind the controls. Sadly, the solution is to simply keep the default buttons for it on consoles. At the moment, it simply can not be changed, as it will bug out. You can not bind the designated special attack to a custom key. For now, that’s all we know. If you know of an alternative solution, share it with us in the comments!
