How to Get Headache, Migraine, Neuralgia Treatment in Vampyr?

To obtain the recipes for migraine, headache, and neuralgia treatments in Vampyr, you’ll have to spare Nurse Crane. See, early in the game, Vampyr will force you to make a pretty significant choice, which will determine the gate of an important NPC. You’ll have the option to either embrace Nurse Crane (aka feed on her), talk her into leaving the whole blackmail thing behind, or spare her life and keep her as a black market vendor.

The first two options spell the doom for Nurse Crane. Admittedly, if you feed on her, you’ll get a pretty significant hit of XP. Opting to talk her into being a better person is the more moral thing to do, but has the arguably worst outcome for her. So, do not embrace her. Spare her life, and let her stay at the hospital. From there, you’ll be able to buy the recipes for crafting the treatments for neuralgia, headaches, and migraines.

Once you purchase the recipe you want, all you need to do is gather the necessary ingredients. Once you have everything you need, head over to one of your hideouts. Access the workbench, and craft the cure you need, be it for a migraine, a simple headache, or full-on neuralgia.
