Hogwarts Legacy Room of Requirement Stuck on Loading Screen

Let’s not beat around the bush here. Rather, we will jump straight to the answer. And, unfortunately, you’re not going to like it. At the time of writing, there’s no solution for the “Stuck on Loading Screen in the Room of Requirement” bug in Hogwarts Legacy. Many players have reported this bug, and currently, no one we’re aware of has solved this issue.

Verifying Hogwarts Legacy game file on Steam doesn’t work. Reinstalling the game from scratch doesn’t work either. Using other save files will result in the same issue. They are all permanently stuck on the loading screen. Hence, the only hope right now for players is to wait for a fix. Avalanche Software, the game’s developers, are working hard on the first post-launch patch, focused on fixing the most alarming bugs and issues. And while they haven’t provided a list of bugs they are working on, we’re sure this one is on a priority list.

With that said, that’s about all we can currently tell you about this bug. If you maybe know a workaround for this issue, please share it with us in the comments section!

In my free time, I dream of the day when I will finally start clearing my Steam backlog.
