As far as we know, this is where you’ll find him in general. Talk to Arn and check what he has for sale. His wares may or many not include the Silver Arrow, and that’s a matter of time and which day it is.

If you get to the location of the store that sells the Silver Arrow broom in Hogwarts Legacy and Arn isn’t selling it, open the map and hit the Wait button. It’s R3 on PlayStation; look at the bottom right corner to see what you need to press on your platform. After you’re changed the time of day, check what Arn has to offer now. If the Silver Arrow is still not in the shop, then rinse and repeat. Eventually, he’ll sell you what you want. The broom will cost you five thousand coins, so be sure that you’ve saved enough up.
