The methods of hopefully fixing this are different depending if you are playing the game on a PC or mobile device. Let’s go over the PC first. To start with, you should check to see if you have the latest GPU drivers installed. If you have an Nvidia graphics card, go here for the newest drivers. And if you have an AMD device, go here instead. Next, check if there are any system updates that need to be installed. If that hasn’t fixed the problem, go into your Device Manager. From there, look for the display driver. Right-click on it, and select the Uninstall/Remove Device option and press Ok. Once that is done, restart your computer.
