Best Build for Seele in Honkai Star Rail

Before we get into the details of the best build for Seele in Honkai Star Rail, let’s first talk about what this character is best at. In our opinion, her forte is being the DPS, but she does have to focus on what target at a time. So, the stats you should focus on most are Crit Rate, Damage, Attack and Speed (not necessarily in that order). So, with all of that said, what can you use to maximize Seele’s abilities? Well, the Relics should be either Genius of Brilliant Stars (increases Quantum Damage by 10% as two-piece, lets you ignore 25% enemy Def as four-piece), Celestial Differentiator (focuses on Crit Rate) or Musketeer of Wild Wheat (increases Attack as two-piece and Speed as four-piece). Go with whatever works best for you.

The next thing we have to discuss in our best build guide for Seele in Honkai Star Rail are the Light Cones. If you’re free-to-play, you can go with Arrows to increase the Crit Rate by 12%. However, the best one to go with is In The Night. It also increases the Crit Rate by 12%, but for every 10 Speed over 100, it also increases Basic Attack and Skill Damage by 6% and the Crit Damage of the Ultimate by 7%. These stack up to eight times. Alternatively, you can opt to use Only Silence Remains, which gives an extra 16% to Attack and Crit Rate by 12% if there are two or fewer enemies on the battlefield. Darting Arrow is also good, since it boosts Seele’s attack for three turns after she beats an enemy. And that’s about it. If you have other suggestions, let us know in the comments.
