How to get Palico Watcher armor in MHW?

Once you reach a certain point in the game, a pop-up will notify you about a new quest. It might be when you get to the point where you can take on event quests – it’s certainly early on. When you check the events tab, you’ll find a quest called Lessons of The Wild, meant for HR 6 characters. When you accept it, you’ll have to kill 8 Barnos in the arena. You will be rewarded with a Watcher Lens, an item that’s required for crafting the Watcher Palico armor.

You’ll need to finish the quest two more times, then head on over to the smithy and select the option to forge Palico equipment. The new weapon will be at the bottom of the low rank list – it’s called Felyne Watcher Grinder. The armor is in the armor sets category – it consists of the Felyne Watcher Head and Felyne Watcher Body, but they are, in fact, inseparable. When you unequip one, the other will go as well.

And that’s it for this crossover, for now at least. An armor set that makes your hunter look like Aloy is supposed to be coming as well, but this is all you can get at this point.
