Can You Play NBA 2K24 Early?

Now that we've answered the question of what time does NBA 2K24 come out and the release date, what about early access? It's been tradition to let players that pre-order get to play a few days early. However, the previous entry broke with tradition, and 2K24 is the same. Regardless of whether you buy the game ahead of launch or which version, everyone will have to wait for same launch time and date. I mean, there is a way you can cheat the system if you set your console to New Zealand time, but this trick works perfectly for Xbox users.

Changing XboX consoles to New Zealand time is not a big deal. You just have to change Language & Location in Settings -> System. Once at Language & location choose Australia as your region and English - New Zealand as your language. After saving, restart your console.

For PS console players the process is much complicated and I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. Why? Becaus you have to make a new account with Australia region. Then, buy the game with Australian Dollars. Doing so can mess with other stuff, so it's probably best to just be patient and play when you're supposed to. You won't miss out on anything.
