Agents of Mayhem Gangnam Style Easter Egg Discovered
Agents of Mayhem is a third person shooter from Volition, set in the Saints Row universe. It has been released today, and hard-working players are already discovering secrets in the game’s rendition of Seoul. One such discovery is related to South Korea’s most popular musician – you’ve guessed it, it’s an Agents of Mayhem Gangnam Style easter egg.

The discovery comes via Youtube user Somewhat Awesome Games. In his latest video, he shows a hidden NPC doing Psy’s famous dance. He also shows the location where he found it, so you can check it out for yourself if you have the game. The NPC is in the southern part of the city, on the west side of the Zhao Maoyi building. You’ll find a couple of trucks in front of a loading bay there – the NPC is in the back of one of them, dancing away in a white lab coat. She doesn’t seem to tire. It’s a bit unnerving, to tell the truth.
It’s worth mentioning that this might just be a random occurence. There’s no guarantee you’ll find this NPC here too – it might appear in a different spot for everyone, but it’s definitely worth checking out. It might also depend on the number of side missions you’ve completed, or the time of day, which character you lead while roaming the city, or something else entirely. There are a lot of unknowns here. If you’re a fan of the South Korean megahit, you’ll probably enjoy the nod but lament the lack of music to accompany it. It really shows how meaningless the dance is by itself. If you’re in the other camp, well… you’re probably already used to seeing it everywhere you turn. You’ll be fine.
