Among Us Free Week for Nintendo Switch Online Members Announced

If you’ve somehow stayed outside of the phenomenon that is Among Us and want to see what it’s all about without buying the game, you’re in luck. Well, if you’re a Nintendo Switch Online member, that is. Those of you that have the subscription will be able to give the game a spin for a whole week, starting on July 21st. During that window, you will have full access to all of the Among Us content, including the relatively recently-added Airship map and more.

Nintendo Switch Online Among Us Free Week Dates & Times

The dates and times of the Among Us free week for Nintendo Switch Online members are as follows: it starts on July 21st at 10AM PT and end on July 27th at 11:59PM PT. According to the announcement tweet, the game will also be 30% off starting on July 21st at 10AM PT and ending on August 1st at 11:59PM PT. So, if you don’t want to shell out the exorbitant five bucks to purchase Among Us, and you like what you see during the free week, you’ll have a wide window to buy the game for almost a third cheaper.

Now, as I’ve said up top, the free week will give you the full spectrum of Among Us content, according to the same tweet. Nothing will be barred from you, which I think is pretty neat. You’ll get to enjoy even the latest content, including the Airship map (which, to be fair, is from March), as well as the six new colors (maroon, coral, tan, banana, rose, and gray) and more. I’d say that a week is more than enough to decide whether you want to commit to the game for good and buy it, or if you’ve had your fill and don’t want anymore. Enjoy!
