In Shadow of War, players will wield the new ring of power, confronting new enemies such as the famous Sauron and his Nazgul. There will be a new system called followers, which could mean that you can get new allies that will help you in your journey. We can expect an updated and even better Nemesis system from the previous game. Enemies would remember every encounter with you, and each one had different personality, strength and weakness.

The famous Nemesis system will allow us to forge our own Middle Earth story, making each play-through feel much more different and exciting. Monolith Productions promises a richer, more personal and expansive world, featuring some epic heroes and villains. Maybe we can look forward to some epic locations from the story to be included, such as Helm’s Deep, Minas Tirith and Gondor.
