Max, the main character, has an uncany power to rewind time and relive moments from her life.

It has been almost two years since Max Caulfield discovered her strange powers, and the fans have been expecting this announcement for quite some time. Square Enix blog finally confirmed that the “original Life is Strange team at Dontnod are working on a brand new Life is Strange game” and that they would like to tell us more, but that will have to wait until the time is right. The rest of the statement says that they are working hard and asking for time. They did use a safety net in regards to the questions about the game being featured at E3 – it will not be there, as it is still early in development. Oh, well, there’s always another replay, as the game lends itself to different endings, due to the choices that significantly affect the final result.

Life is Strange has won several awards, including the BAFTA Games Award for Best Story as well as The Game Award’s Games for Impact Award. The game was also criticized for the slang used in the game as well as poor lip-syncing, however, the game managed to sell over three million copies. There is a digital series in the making, in cooperation with dj2 Entertainment.

Life is strange is available on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. The episodes came out between January and October 2015, and they can be bought as a season digitally or as a boxed version.
