The Night Wanderer is a new Soulslike game developed by Mighty Koi. He is a mercanary who was sent to the planet Midgaard in search of a scientific expedition that was lost there. As you can already tell, the game combines Sci Fi with fantasy elements to create a truly unique setting that is heavily influenced by Norse mythology.
The game promises to feature a strong protagonist, a rich story and setting, coupled with exciting gameplay. The author of the series, Jarosław Grzędowicz, is a consultant on the game, which bodes well for all the fans of the book series that want to see the series adapted faithfully. Made on the Unreal Engine 5, The Night Wanderer is set to release on the PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. The launch date hasn’t been confirmed, as the game is still in early development.
