Pokemon GO Battle Weekend 2022 Release Date & Time

The release date and time of the July 2022 Pokemon GO Battle Weekend is Saturday, July 9th at 12 AM local time, and that’s when you’ll be able to make use of the Ultra Unlock bonuses. More on that in the next section. The event is going to end On Sunday, July 10th at 11:59 PM local time. In most games, weekend events begin on Fridays, but in this case, it’s only Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to make the most of it. The two bonuses the event will feature, aside from the Ultra Unlocks, are 20 GO Battle League sets each day and helping a shadow Pokemon forget the Frustration Charged Attack by using a Charged TM.

In the list below, we’ll show you all the Ultra Unlock bonuses for the July 2022 Pokemon GO Battle Weekend. Before we do, we have to mention the Blast from the Past Ultra Unlock bonus. If you evolve the following first partner Pokemon during the event, they’ll know attacks that were previously featured during past events: Frenzy Plant (Charged Attack; Bulbasaur, Chikorita, Treecko, Turtwig, and Snivy), Blast Burn (Charged Attack; Charmander, Cyndaquil, Torchic, Chimchar, and Tepig), Hydro Cannon (Charged Attack; Squirtle, Totodile, Mudkip, Piplup, and Oshawott) and Dragon Breath (Fast Attack; Charmander).

  • Team GO Rocket balloons will appear every two hours.
  • Earn 2 Mysterious Components from defeating Team GO Rocket Grunts.
  • Get one extra Raid Pass per day.
  • Earn 50% extra XP from Raid Battles.
  • Encounter Legendary Pokémon in GO Battle League reward encounters at Rank 16 and up.
  • Earn 5× Stardust from GO Battle League Rewards.
  • Earn 50% extra Stardust from defeating Team GO Rocket Grunts.
