Dratini Community Day Classic Release Date & Time
The release date and time of the Dratini Community Day Classic event in Pokemon GO is Saturday, November 5th at 2 PM local time. It’s going to end on the same day at 5 PM local time. So, that’s three hours during which Dratini is going to be the star of the show. It will be spawning more often in the wild, and that also means you’ll have a higher chance of finding a shiny one.
Now, the Community Day Classic is not the same as a regular Community Day. Unfortunately, this means that you won’t get the full scope of bonuses and rewards. We’ll get into that in a little bit. However, it’ll be worth your while to participate. If you evolve a Dragonair into Dragonite during the event and up to two hours after it ends, the Dragonite will know the Draco Meteor Charged Attack.
Pokemon GO Dratini Community Day Classic Rewards & Bonuses
The full list of bonuses and rewards you’ll be able to get during the Dratini Community Day Classic in Pokemon GO has not yet been revealed, which is always the case in these events. The developers want you to discover some stuff on your own. That said, the event bonuses have been listed in the official post, so here they are:
- Triple Catch Stardust
- Lures activated during the event last for three hours
- Incenses activated during the event last for three hours
- Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise
As far as rewards go, you’ll probably have some Field Research tasks revolving around catching Dratini, which will give you some consumable items. There is also the event-exclusive Special Research Story that you have to pay a dollar for. It contains extra tasks that offer various rewards.
