To evolve Noibat into Noivern in Pokemon GO, you “just” need four hundred Noibat Candy to complete the evolution process. That’s all you need to do. And by “all you need to do,” I mean that’s the grind that you’ll have to suffer through in order to get a Noivern. The best you can do is maximize the amount of Noibat Candy you get. Be sure to catch every single Noibat you see in the wild and give them Pinap Berries. That way, you’ll get more Candies. Also, keep sending them to the professor. Lastly, you can sacrifice a Rare Candy to substitute any Noibat Candy you might be missing. I don’t think it’s worth it, though, as I’ll explain in a minute.

One thing that we have to mention right now is that Noibat will be hatching from seven-kilometer Eggs from October 27th to November 1st. Naturally, that also means that you can evolve it into a shiny Noivern. But, again, it’s really not worth the trouble unless you really want to complete your Pokedex. Sure, Noivern has an interesting moveset and pretty good resistances, but overall, the stats really don’t justify the effort.
