How to Get Shadow Registeel in Pokemon GO

If you want to get a Shadow Registeel in Pokemon GO, you’ll have to wait for Wednesday, February 1st, 2023. That’s when the Team GO Rocket Takeover event is going to take off, bringing back the usual suspects to fight – Arlo, Sierra, Cliff and Giovanni. From February 1st to February 5th, you’ll have the option to help Candela, Spark and Blanche fight Team Rocket back. As for Shadow Registeel in particular, you’ll need to complete the event Special Research story to get a Super Rocket Radar and hunt Giovanni down. One of his Pokemon is going to be Shadow Registeel, and if you manage to defeat it, you’ll have a chance to catch it. By the way, the Special Research story will remain available to claim until March 1st.

So, yeah, that’s how you can get a Shadow Registeel in Pokemon GO in 2023 Team GO Rocket Takeover 2023. By the way, that’s one of several new Shadow Pokemon that Niantic will be introducing in the event. You can also look forward to meeting Shadow Spoink, Shadow Blitzle, Shadow Joltik and Shadow Alolan Vulpix. And while we’re on the subject, don’t forget that beating Team Rocket grunts can sometimes result in you getting special, twelve-kilometer Eggs. In these, you can find some pretty interesting (and kinda rare) Pokemon, like Absol, Larvitar, Deino, Scraggy, Skorupi, Vullaby, Sandile, Salandit, Pancham, Skrelp and Pawniard. In other words, you should definitely participate in the event and make the most of it.
