Both of them will have a chance, however slim, to be shiny. The only real difference from the usual fare is that they will know new moves. Kyogre will know the Origin Pulse Charged Attack (Water), and Groudon will know the Origin Pulse Charged Move (Rock). The main goal of these Raids is to collect Primal Energy by emerging victorious (or from certain Research Tasks).
