Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee Moon Stones Locations
Moon stones are a kind of evolution stone in Pokemon Let’s Go. They’re used to evolve certain kinds of monsters, like Nidorino and Nidorina. They’re very rare, and if you want to evolve all of your pocket buddies, you’ll have to try really hard. If you’re having trouble finding this item in the Kanto region, this guide is going to show you all Pokemon Let’s Go moon stones locations.

Where to find moon stones in Pokemon Let’s Go?
You’ll find the first one of these evolution stones in Saffron City. It’s in Copycat Girl’s house, to the left of the gym. Once you enter, go up the stairs into the girl’s room, and look in her closet (what looks like a white door on the wall). This one doesn’t respawn, but it’s easy to get.
You can also find two moon stones in the cave at Mt. Moon, which is about halfway between Cerulean City and Pewter City. They respawn daily, which means you’ll be able to pick both up anew each day (real life day, not in-game). They can be found in different sections of the third floor, and both are hidden in craters. There’s a large fella with a safari hat next to both craters, which should help you recognize them. You can use Pikachu/Eevee’s wagging tail as an indicator – if you’re close to a hidden treasure, the tail will wag vigorously. If not, it’ll stay still.
If you’re only looking to have one of each pokemon, you’ll still need four moon stones – one for Nidorino, one for Nidorina, one for Jigglypuff and one for Clefairy. This means you’ll have to visit the Mount Moon cave at least on two separate days in order to get the stones you require.
Hi,
I have been returning to Mt Moon the last few days but the craters are not spawning any new items at all. I have even put my Switch into flight mode and manually changed the date forward to try and prompt the reset but still nothing. Any advice?
