Bikes have always been one of the most common ways to get around in Pokemon games. Pokemon Scarlet has decided to spice this formula up and to introduce something even better – a Pokemon motorcycle! This comes in the form of Koraidon, the Legendary Pokemon that can be used to quickly get around the Paldea region in which the game takes place. Of course, before you’re able to take it out for a spin, you’ll first need to acquire it. Here’s how to get the Koraidon Motorcycle in Pokemon Scarlet, as well as how to drive and even catch it.
How to Get Koraidon Motorcycle in Pokemon Scarlet
This Pokemon bike is only available in the Scarlet version of the game. You won’t have access to it right from the very start, but don’t worry – you will unlock it soon. In fact, you will receive this Pokemon Scarlet bike as soon as you are done in the prologue portion of the game in Naranja Academy. Incidentally, this is also when the game opens up and you will then be able to explore the Paldea region at your leisure. Now, let’s see how to drive this Koraidon while it is in bike form.
How to Ride Koraidon Legendary Motorcycle in Pokemon Scarlet
To ride your Koraidon after you have received it, all you need to do is to press the + Button. This will cause the Pokemon Scarlet Legendary Pokemon to instantly appear and assume its bike form. To get off of Koraidon, press the – Button. While riding on Koraidon, you can also press the B button to make it jump. This is very useful when you need to jump over obstacles. How to Catch Koraidon in Pokemon Scarlet
You will be able to drive Koraidon throughout the game, but what if you also want to catch it and use it in battle as well? Luckily, this is also an option. To do this, you will first need to complete the main game. After that, press X to go into the Menu. There, you will get the prompt asking you if you want to use this Legendary Pokemon in Battle Form. If you agree, you will then have the option to battle and catch it. Once you have done that, you’ll be able to use it in battle the same way as your other Pokemon.
