After you defeat the first mini boss, General Naomori Kawarada, climb on the gate and look down at the village. You’ll see a ruined house by the cliff on the right. Go there and you’ll find an old woman talking to herself. Speak to her and you’ll get the Young Lord’s Bell Charm. Bring the bell to the Dilapidated Temple, and place it in front of the Buddha statue to the left of the Sculptor. This will let you travel to Hirata Estate.

Once you’re there, cross the bridge and enter the compound. Follow the path up to the big gate – it’s blocked, but your prize is on the other side. Go right and follow the path between the worker houses. When you pass the bonfire with the group of enemies, you’ll climb a slope that leads to a narrow street with several smaller yards. Turn left and you’ll see the blocked door – you can open it from this side.

Once you’ve opened it, turn around. The first yard on your right has a small Buddhist shrine. There are two enemies in the yard. After you defeat them, open the door to the shrine and you’ll find the Monkey Axe of The Shinobi. Bring this item to the Sculptor, and he’ll install it into your prosthetic arm, giving you the Loaded Axe prosthetic tool.
