As you reach this part of the map (and dispose of guards).

Go through it and go into the water. You need to climb this wooden platform and jump up onto that beam ahead.

Once on that beam climb the jagged rockface.

When you reach the top you can jump onto that hanging crate there.

From that crate you need to jump onto the upper floor of that house.
