Herbalist at location 20 does not interact with player no matter the time of day.
I believe that the dwarf that gerats friend? You can tak to him later in the game and the dialogue will appear
That’s a bug that has to do with all the merchants. You show up and can’t interact with them……sometimes…. Try reloading first. Then try leaving the area & reloading the game. Also can try meditating.
It’s not the Merchant near the water, but on the otherside. Inside a building. A small dwarf. That is the herbalist.
in #15 i don’t have any interactive people
There were people, but none were interactive at #3.
He can only be talked to during a certain time of the day, so meditate till arround 12pm then walk in and the the guy with the green hood.
I wonder if that is also why when sometimes when I show up there, there are no humans around only some devourers & an alghoul.
I mean #24 are not having card in my game.. any ideas ?
You need to play him in the quest Gwent: Big City Players, then the merchant there will give you a unique card.
there’s a merchant in novigrad by #18 too.
