How to Build a Boat to Cross the Lake and Get to the Shrine in Great Sky Island Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

So, you need to build a boat to cross the lake and get to the shrine in the lake in Great Sky Island in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Well, a raft, to be more precise. However, it does need to have a sail; otherwise, you’ll get nowhere fast. So, we recommend you go to the northern shore of the lake, in the place we’ve circled in the screenshot below. There are plenty of trees for you to cut down, and there’s even a couple of ready-made sails. So, cut down a tree or two and use Ultrahand to glue three logs together. You don’t need more, and having only two makes things a bit too snug. Next, grab one of the sails, turn it the right way around, and place it near the center.

You have now built a boat and its time to get to the shrine across the lake in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Great Sky Island. All that’s left to do is to use Ultrahand to place the boat into the water and give it a slight push towards the island. Quickly hop on, and you should be fine. Perhaps having a Korok Leaf (ideally on a stick) might be a good idea. You can use that to put some wind in your sail. All that you have to do is swing it around using the attack button. Either way, you’ll be on the island in no time.
