Where to Find Shock Resistance Rubber Armor Location in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

If you’re a BotW veteran, you’re probably familiar with the legendary Rubber Armor. It grants you Level 1 Shock Resistance and bestows you with lightning immunity. It’s a rather good outfit to grab early in the game. This Zelda TOTK Shock Resistance Armor is a part of the “Misko’s Treasure” side quest. The quest describes it as a “Very Snappy Outfit From Misko’s Collection Said to Keep You Safe in Lightning”.

You can find this Rubber Armor outfit in the Whistling Hill Cave, Hyrule Field. The location is marked for you on the map by Meeshy. Once you approach it, you will see that one part of Whistling Hill has breakable rocks in the foothills. Brake the rocks and enter inside. You’ll need to break several more rock barriers along the way.

Inside, you’ll mostly need to deal with electricity-type enemies, as expected in a cave with the Shock Resistance Rubber Armor. Like Electric Keese, but also there are quite a few skeletons and other monsters. You’ll also need to have the fire ready, as you will need to burn a few stem barriers deeper inside the cave. There’s a lot of ores inside. Make sure to mind them. When you reach the central area of the cave, use the Ascend ability to reach the upper level of the cave. Watch out for a worm-like creature throwing rocks at you.

Break one more rock barrier, and you’ll enter a huge room with a Shock Like on the other side, spitting shock balls at you. Deal with it, and collect a chest behind it. Finally, destroy a rock barrier which was behind the Shock Like, and climb there. Inside, you’ll find the Zelda TOTK Shock Resistance Rubber Armor.
