Another absolutely fantastic TOTK Bomb Flower farming location is the Royal Hidden Passage in Lookout Landing. This area is in Lookout Landing. And it will become available to you once you complete one of the four Temples story quests. We don’t want to spoil the details. You’ll find at least 20 Bomb Flowers inside the Royal Hidden Passage.
