Mermaid furniture is a new addition in Animal Crossing New Horizons. It’s part of the first free summer update, and it will allow you to refurbish your home to look like a mermaid’s cave. There are around a dozen items in this collection, and they’re all obtained the same way – it’s not difficult, but it will take time. How to get mermaid furniture?
The only way to obtain mermaid furniture is by crafting it yourself. To do so, you’ll need the appropriate DIY recipes. You can get those from Pascal, the new NPC. He’ll visit you from time to time when you dive for scallops, and offer you the recipes in exchange for your bounty. Obviously, it’ll take a couple of weeks for you to get all the furniture, so here’s a list of pieces and the ingredients you’ll need for them, so you can stock up while waiting on Pascal:
