How to Get Storage Shed in Animal Crossing New Horizons

To get the ACNH storage shed in Animal Crossing New Horizons, you first need to meet some requirements. The first thing is that you need to have upgraded your storage space to at least 2,400 items. To do that, you need to fully upgrade your house and pay off the loan completely. Then, you need to pay a whopping 500,000 Bells to purchase the storage upgrade. It’s pretty brutal, but that’s how this particular cookie crumbles. At this point, Tom Nook might as well organize his own Squid Game competition.

Once you purchase this storage upgrade, wait for one day to pass, and you should get a letter from Nook Inc. letting you know that the storage shed is now available for purchase. So, head over to the Resident Services building and interact with the Nook Stop ATM. From there, you’ll be able to purchase the shed for 6,000 Nook Miles. So, that’s how to get the ACNH Storage Shed in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Keep in mind that the shed doesn’t seem to increase your storage capacity, but rather makes it easier to sort through the items you hold around the house. I might be wrong about that one, however, so feel free to correct me.

That about wraps this guide up. In case you’re having trouble with other stuff in Update 2.0, take a gander at some of our other guides. For example, we’ve written articles like Kapp’n – How to Increase Boat Tours Limit, Island Life 101, and How to Start Happy Home Paradise DLC.
