AC Origins Hermit Locations - Words of Wisdom Achievement

Hermit locations are places of rest in Assassin’s Creed Origins. They’re well hidden across Egypt, but they’re crucial – when you find one and meditate a bit, you’ll get an ability point. Finding them all will unlock the Words of Wisdom achievement. Since there’s no fighting involved, you should seek them out as soon as possible. We’ve compiled a list of all AC Origins hermit locations, to help you reach them more quickly.

Demesne of Sekhem

This one is located in Herakleion Nome, the big archipelago in the northeastern corner of the map. Look for a hut in the middle of the first island east of the town of Thonis-Herakleion. The hermit’s body will be on a red blanket a bit east from the hut, surrounded by candles, incense and offerings. Sit next to it for a while, and you’ll get an ability point.

There’s no challenge here – you only need to find the place and sit for a while, contemplating the great question of life, the universe and everything. The ability points are enough of a rewards in and of themselves, but there may be something more once you’ve found all the hermits. We’ll update this guide with more locations as we progress through the game.
