Palace of Apries papyrus location

The scroll is in the Palace of Apries, in the northwestern corner of Memphis. Scale the walls and follow them to the northernmost building. If you look down through the hole in the roof, you’ll notice the papyrus on top of the wooden shelf, near the pool. Jump down and grab it to get the clue.

In Plain Sight riddle solution

Description: On an island south east of Krokodilopolis there is a river with unnatural color. Nearby you’ll see the cause, and I’ll be inside the only one that’s unique.

As you can probably tell from the first sentence, you’ll need to go to the island in the southeastern corner of the Krokodilopolis archipelago. That’s the only one with a river. If you zoom in on the map, you might notice the color’s a bit off – there’s a purple tinge, with some yellow here and there. Once you get to the island, you’ll notice clay pools filled with colored liquids. They’re used to color cloth and leather. Half of each pool is red, while the other half is yellow. There is one exception – one pool has white liquid instead of yellow. That’s the only one that’s unique, and if you look into it, you’ll find your loot.
