Everyone expected that this mysterious new Building 21 was a new location within Al Mazrah, Warzone 2 and DMZ’s main colossal map. However, that’s not actually the case. As the patch notes explain, “access to the biological laboratory known as Building 21 will take players outside of Al Mazrah and into a hyper-dangerous new area of DMZ“. Thus, Building 21 is not actually a new location within Al MAzrah. Rather, it is a brand new area we will get to explore!

So there you have it; Building 21 is a brand new map! You will be able to select it from the main menu, where you can choose to be deployed on either Al Mazrah or here. How to Get DMZ Building 21 Keycard

The exact name of this item is “DRC Building 21 Access Card”. Finding this item will be the first step towards accessing the new map. The Building 21 key can not be found at any specific place in Al Mazrah. Rather it is a random drop, and you’ll need to get a little bit lucky in order to obtain one.

They will appear as a rare drop from dead AI enemies. The first reports from players state that they often appear as loot from supply drops. Be it those dropped from aeroplanes downed by SAM or those which appear in the zone around the 8-minute mark. If we learn about any new location, we will make sure to update the article.
