DMZ Can't Equip Insured Weapon Slot, Blueprint Loadout Empty

If your loadout becomes empty when you equip an insured weapon in DMZ, you should know that you’re far from the only person with this issue. The Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded is now live. In DMZ, Season 1 Reloaded mainly consists of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes. However, it has also arrived with quite a few bugs. One such bug makes players unable to equip insured weapons with attachments. Also, specific blueprints will throw you back to the home screen when you put them in your Insured Weapon slot. Or worse, you equip your insured weapon in the loadout, then jump into the DMZ with an empty loadout. Here’s what we know about it.

Blueprint Loadout Insured Weapon Bug DMZ

Insured Weapons in DMZ are a crucial part of your loadout as they have several essential functions. Firstly, you will not lose them if you fail to extract. Secondly, they act as your custom loadout, which means you will be able to tweak them to suit your preferred playstyle. Hence, just like in any Call of Duty game or mode, these custom loadouts are your bread and butter. Unfortunately, there are currently a lot of bugs with the Insured Weapon slots.

Many players can’t equip an insured weapon in the first place. “If I equip my insured weapon in my loadout, then I load into the DMZ with absolutely nothing,” says Reddit user Wpniewgoyu. Redditor AuzeroForemenius has a slightly different problem; the game kicks him back to the lobby screen if he tries to use attachments on an equipped insured weapon.

Unfortunately, there’s currently no 100% working solution for this issue. It seems the consensus is that insured weapon loadouts must not be blueprints. Many players report that blueprints are currently really buggy when used in an Insured Weapon slot. It’s important to note that this includes the new weapon profiles feature. That’s because the game counts them as your personal blueprints.

For now, that’s all we know about this bug. We will make sure to update the article if we learn more. If you know some potential solutions to bypass this bug, share them with us in the comments section!
