DMZ Plant a Tracker on 3 Enemy Exfil Choppers in One Deployment

The first step of the DMZ Exfil Tracking mission is relatively straightforward. You and your teammates will need to go to the Zarqwa Hydroelectric Dead Drop and take and extract the four tracking devices from there. However, the second task is the one that’s giving players headaches. Namely, you will need to plant a tracker on 3 enemy exfil choppers in one deployment. Let’s be absolutely clear here – it’s all but impossible to complete this mission solo. Hence, don’t even try doing it alone, no matter how skilful and capable you are. The DMZ Exfil Tracking mission is simply designed for team play. There are really three strategies here:

  • Befriend other teams and ask them for help to complete this mission.
  • Wait for an enemy team to call in an Exfil Chopper, eliminate them all, and place a tracker.
  • Try to sneak behind an enemy’s Exfil Chopper to place the tracker.

And to be perfectly frank, the best and most efficient option seems to be the first one. Have one of your teammates request to join an enemy team, and then try to coordinate via him for them to call the choppers, which you can then defend together, to both teams’ benefit. Based on our experience, this is the fastest and safest method to complete this mission.

Even then, the DMZ Exfil Tracking mission is still extremely time-sensitive, and you will need to optimize your timings in order to be able to do everything.
