Losing Gear and Weapons on Exfil Bug DMZ Season 2 Update

Call of Duty Warzone 2 Season 2 is now live, and that means a new reason to come back to DMZ. There’s a whole lot of new content alongside the seasonal reset. DMZ Losing Gear and Weapons on Exfil Bug

Let’s not bear around the bush and cut straight to the chase. At the time of writing, we don’t know what causes players to lose all their gear and weapons on exfil in DMZ. The Season 2 update in DMZ has arrived with a seasonal reset of Faction Missions, while Contraband Weapon Inventories are rolled back to the starting weapons. And while this doesn’t explain why exfil removes your gear, it might be connected to it. This reset may very well have caused unwanted and unintended bugs. And one of these bugs resets your gear each time you finish a game.

“Myself and a buddy hit the final exfil, only to find we lost EVERYTHING as if we died,” says Reddit user u/Punchausen. “Has anyone else experienced this?” Another Reddit user has shared a similar experience. “Anyone else losing all their gear and weapons on successful exfil? Happened to me twice in a row now,” states u/H3lixx_.

Currently, there doesn’t seem to be a solution for this glitch. And judging by the developer’s Trello board, they have yet to acknowledge the issue. We will follow the situation closely and make sure to update the article if we stumble upon a working solution. If you know of any workaround for this issue, make sure to share it with us in the comments section!
