Destiny House Of Wolves Release Date Rumored

Thanks to the tireless efforts of Japanese reddit user megamanexe4, we now have some juicy Destiny rumors to be cautiously excited about. While digging through locked game files, he discovered that a bunch of content (which he believes represents House of Wolves data) will probably be released on May 19th.

It was speculated previously that House of Wolves, Destiny’s next expansion, will be released on March 10th. Along with chunks of story info, megamanexe4 got access to a bunch of vendor items which led him to believe the gear’s level cap will be raised to 39. Weekly activities will increase to level 32, and a rebalancing of the pulse rifle is to be expected.

In a reply on the reddit thread, Bungie community manager David “DeeJ” Dague said that “Aside from giving it a name, Bungie has yet to reveal the House of Wolves. That means that anything you know about it can change.” He urged players to leave their minds “open to the evolutions that are inevitable”, insisting that the leaked pictures were “very old ghosts from our pre-launch database”. Still, one can dream.
