Strange Coins Vendor Xur, Agent of the Nine, makes an appearance in the Tower each Friday. New exotic gear and weapons will be available in his stock from October 17th until October 19th.

Xur Location October 17th
As you land on the Tower go right inside the hangar area. At the first crossroad go right and he is right there around the corner.
